My Policy

  • A deposit may be required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final appointment total.

  • Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service.

  • No-shows or same day cancellations may be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

  • Late arrivals may result in your appointment being shortened or cancelled if there is not enough time to complete the service.

  • Appointments requested outside of normal working hours may be subject to an additional out of hours fee. This will always be discussed before confirming the booking.

  • All invoices/payments are due on the day of the appointment unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • Outstanding invoices not paid within 7 days may incur a late payment fee of £20 plus any reasonable recovery costs.

  • Hair extension appointments require a consultation before booking. Clients are responsible for following all aftercare advice to maintain their hair and extensions correctly.

  • Refunds are not offered on completed services. However, if you are unhappy with your hair, please contact me within 7 days so I can resolve any concerns.

Bridal Bookings

  • Bridal bookings require a non-refundable booking fee to secure the wedding date.

  • Bridal trials must be paid for separately and are mandatory before the wedding day.

  • Final bridal numbers must be confirmed at least 4 weeks before the wedding date.

  • Any changes made within 14 days of the wedding may still be charged in full.

  • Early morning start times or travel outside of the local area may incur additional charges.

  • In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to recommend an alternative stylist.
